Information for tradestands

We are incredibly happy that you will be sharing this great event with us, and we hope you have 4 absolutely fantastic days. We can inform you that we have reached 18,000 registrations and expect a total of 20,000 visitors throughout the days. On this page, you can find practical information about the exhibition days as a stand renter. We will continuously update, so keep an eye on the page.

Technical orders:

Orders for electricity, cleaning, carpeting, possible partition walls, and other technical services should be made directly to MCH Messecenter Herning at e-mail teknisk@mch.dk

Booth setup:

When you arrive at MCH, your booth space will be marked out. It is important that you adhere to the boundaries of your booth and do not place goods beyond your designated area. This is for safety reasons, and we keep a close eye on compliance.

Personnel from MCH will be present. If you have any questions regarding the setup of your booth, please contact MCH. For other questions such as entrance tickets, please contact Gerner Sørensen or Ida and Mai-Britt, who are in Halls C and M near the DKK shop.

Booth construction:

Tuesday, May 16, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Wednesday, May 17, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Booth dismantling:

You can dismantle your booth from Sunday at approximately 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Monday, May 22, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Any exceptions must be arranged with MCH Operations Officer Kim Lauridsen on +45 2167 4456.

If you wish to start dismantling on Sunday evening, this is only allowed when the Danish Kennel Club approves. It is important that all competitions have ended before dismantling can begin. Expect this to be around 8:00 p.m.

Dismantling:

Sunday, May 21, from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Monday, May 22, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Entry and parking:

Entry only through Gate 1, Vardevej 1, 7400 Herning.

NOTE: These spots are intended for cars with storage goods, meaning the car will be parked in the spot from Thursday to Sunday.
Staff should park in the guest parking area.

Parking passes can be obtained together with season tickets from Ida or Mai-Britt in Hall C, DKK shop, on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Entry tickets:

As a booth renter, you will receive 4 season tickets, which are entry tickets for your personnel. If your booth is over 12 meters, you will receive 6 tickets. Season tickets can be collected from Ida or Mai-Britt in Hall C, DKK shop, on Tuesday and Wednesday between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Opening hours for booths on the exhibition days:

Thursday: The entrances open at 7:00 a.m., and the day ends at 7:00 p.m.

Friday: The entrances open at 7:00 a.m., and the day ends at 7:00 p.m.

Saturday: The entrances open at 7:00 a.m., and the day ends at 7:00 p.m.

Sunday: The entrances open at 7:00 a.m., and the day ends at 8:00 p.m.

Sign with company name:

According to the permission from the Danish Business Authority for sale at dog shows, it is a requirement for the exhibition that all stands are provided with the exhibitor's name and fixed business address. Referring to the above, we kindly ask you to display a visible sign with your company name and business address at your stand to comply with this requirement.

Contacts during the exhibition:

Gerner Sørensen, who solves most things 😉, is in the hall on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Please ask for him at the DKK info stand in halls M and C.

Mai-Britt Raahauge Herborg Bay and Ida Victoria Skodborg are in the hall on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at the DKK Shop in halls C and M.

Currency/cash withdrawals:

Please note that you must ensure any exchange of foreign currency or withdrawal on Dankort (Danish payment card), if your customers do not pay cash.

Discount coupons:

The Danish Kennel Club's prize system works in a way that exhibitors are given a discount coupon worth 25 Danish kroner, which can be used in the DKK shop and information, as well as with the stand lessees who want to participate in the scheme. When you settle the discount coupons, you provide a discount to DKK of 10%. That means that DKK refunds DKK 22.50 per coupon. The coupons are settled by submitting/delivering them (with a company stamp) to DKK along with your account number. DKK will then transfer the amount to the respective account. If you wish to participate in the scheme, please let Mai-Britt Raahauge Herborg Bay know before the exhibition at maba@dkk.dk

Dogs:

It is allowed to bring your own dog, which is not participating in the show, the dog must be 12 weeks old and vaccinated. For further information, please refer to the Danish Kennel Club's general regulations here.

Don't forget to buy a guest ticket for your dog. Buy your ticket here.

Also, it is important to follow our recommendations for animal welfare, remember to walk the dog and provide access to fresh water.

Accommodation/camping:

If you wish to stay close to the halls, it is possible to rent a camping space at the Exhibition Center. Please find information about renting a camping space here.
